Weather-Proofing Water Networks: Digital Strategies for Extreme Weather Resilience

The frequency and intensity of extreme weather is impacting municipalities, who are facing mounting pressure to ensure the resilience of critical infrastructure—particularly water and wastewater systems.

Learn from Jacobs experts and practitioners with this on-demand webinar on emergency preparedness and response strategies for water utilities. Our panelists share how AI-enabled technologies— including real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and digital twins—are anticipating threats, reducing disruption, and accelerating recovery.

We discuss proven strategies for operational resilience, including real-world examples from:

  • Puerto Rico, which faces increased hurricane activity
  • The Australian south and American West, where water scarcity is a growing concern
  • Europe and the American Midwest, where intense rain events require water utilities to rethink infrastructure
